Catering Options

Many guests wish to partake in lunch or dinner while on a harbor tour and we have the ability to serve the finest meals for up to 6 guests. You can order your food from a variety of catering companies around town but our favorite is Caviar and Bananas. We work with them on a daily basis, they know where the boat is and will not be late, which is important not to postpone your charter. The food is always perfect and they deliver right to the boat, this not only saves you time but also allows you to not worry about every little detail before the charter.

Part restaurant, part retail, we offer an experience to excite the senses. We use only the freshest ingredients sourced locally and from around the globe and our in-house kitchen team is busily preparing our offerings daily. From seared tuna, and veal meatloaf to mac & cheese, and pecan chicken salad, our prepared foods case is always stocked with a huge array of delectable dishes perfect for lunch or dinner. We feature made-to-order salads and sandwiches – imagine prosciutto crisps and toasted hazelnuts or duck confit and housemade fig preserves as topping options. Did we mention sushi? Our in-house sushi chef prepares fresh sushi daily from the finest quality ingredients. Choose one of our chef-designed features or create your own. Visit our charcuterie and cheese counter where you will find an impressive selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses, and specialty items such as pates, terrines, olives, truffles, and caviar. Looking for breakfast? We offer a quick breakfast for those on-the-go during the week but stick around for our made-to-order Saturday and Sunday brunch menu sure to tantalize your taste buds.

At our state of the art espresso bar you will find that our coffees are roasted specially for Caviar & Bananas by a master roaster at Counter Culture Coffee and our tea selection is prepared by the master tea sommelier at Tavalon Teas In addition to coffees and teas you will find pastries, cookies, desserts and more baked fresh every day by our in-house pastry chefs. We carry gourmet packaged foods including sauces, spreads, pastas, crackers, olive oils, chocolates, and much more. Our boutique wine and beer selection is carefully chosen and reflects small production and boutique bottles chosen specifically for their superior quality and taste. Medaloni Cellars Wines

While aboard Fate, be sure to ask obout our exclusive selection of Medaloni Cellars wine. We currently have Chardonnay, Reisling, Red Blend, White Blend, and Rose'. Captain Joey Medaloni has created this wine at his very own vineyard in Yadkin Valley North Carolina, aptly called Medaloni Cellars. His 20 acre vineyard not only produces wine but also hosts events, weddings and has many small cabins on the property to stay while touring the wine country.

Fate ChardonnayEnjoy a glass of the Fate Chardonnay while on your sailing adventure, let this wine sail you into a sea of relaxation! This barrel fermented Chardonnay features elegant soft green apple and butterscotch hints. It finishes smooth and long with a touch of poached pear and buttered toast. Try with pastas in cream sauces or hearty fish such as Salmon. Chilled bottles are available on your tour or purchase a few bottles as a souvenir.
